浅析农业基本建设项目档案管理工作

摘　　要：农业基本建设项目档案管理是基本建设项目管理工作的重要组成部分,档案真实反映了基本建设项目管理工作的全过程,为项目单位的事业发展提供了必要依据。文章根据农业基本建设项目档案的内容和特点,阐述了农业基本建设项目档案管理的重要性,分析了农业基本建设项目档案管理中存在的问题,针对问题提出了建立健全农业基本建设项目档案管理制度、加强档案管理人员专业素质培养、推动农业基本建设项目档案“双套制”管理应用等建议,以期为加强农业基本建设项目档案管理工作提供参考。Agricultural capital construction project archive management is an important part of capital construction project management work.The archives truly reflect the whole process of capital construction project management work,and provide the necessary basis for the career development of the project organizations.According to the content and characteristics of the agricultural capital construction project archives,the article describes the importance of archive management of agricultural capital construction projects,analyzes the problems in archive management of agricultural capital construction projects.In response to the problem,it puts forward the suggestions of building a sound archive management system for agricultural capital construction projects,strengthening the professional quality training of archive managers,and promoting the application of"double-set"management of archives for agricultural capital construction projects,with a view to providing references for strengthening the archive management of agricultural capital construction projects.
