基于共享理念下的省级农业科研院所实验室一体化建设实践与思考——以江苏省农业科学院休闲农业研究所为例

摘　　要：共享实验平台建设是提高省级农业科研院所科研水平和服务社会能力的重要基础。文章在对省级农业科研院所共享实验平台建设情况开展调研的基础上,分析了共享实验室建设的必要性和制约因素,并以江苏省农业科学院休闲农业研究所为例,重点阐述了其在共享实验平台建设方面的具体实践以及存在的问题,并从加强人才队伍建设、加快信息化建设和重视安全管理等方面提出了加强共享平台建设的对策与建议,以期为农业科研院所共享实验平台建设提供理论依据。The construction of the shared experimental platform in provincial academy of agricultural research institution is an important foundation for improving the level of scientific research and enhancing the ability to serve the society.We investigated the situation of construction of the shared experimental platform in provincial academy of agricultural research institution.The necessity and restraining factor were analyzed in the construction of the shared experimental platform in provincial academy of agricultural research institution.Taking Institute of Leisure Agriculture of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the present situation and existing problems of shared experimental platform construction were described.Suggestions for strengthening shared experimental platform construction were put forward,such as strengthening the training of talents,accelerating the informatization of the sharing platform and emphasizing security management,in order to provide references for agricultural research institutions to construct the shared experimental platform.
