农业科研单位提升后勤信息化水平的思考——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：农业科研单位的后勤工作是单位正常运转的坚实后盾。在当前我国各科研单位着力建设高水平现代科研院所的关键时期,后勤保障工作需要在持续创新中提升,后勤信息化建设和管理也需要不断改进和加强。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,从避免“信息悖论”出发,以管理为视角,基于非技术性的企业管理,分析了后勤信息化建设中存在的问题,针对问题从提升领导重视度和员工执行度、调整后勤信息化的利用方向和深化体制、机制、制度变革等方面提出了农业科研单位加强后勤服务信息化建设的建议。The logistics work of agricultural research institutes is a solid support for their normal operation.In the current critical period of China's scientific research institutes focusing on the construction of high-level modern scientific research institutes,the logistic support work needs to be upgraded in continuous innovation,and the construction and management of logistic informatization needs to be improved and strengthened continuously.Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the article analyzes the problems in the construction of logistics informatization from avoiding the"information paradox"and taking management as a perspective,based on non�technical enterprise management,and puts forward suggestions for strengthening the construction of logistics informatization in agricultural research institutes from improving leadership attention and staff implementation,adjusting the direction of utilizing logistics information,and deepening institutional and mechanism changes.
