科研院所支撑的学术社团党建工作研究与思考——以北京市农林科学院为例

摘　　要：科研院所是学术社会团体的支撑单位,为学术社会团体开展科学研究、社会服务、党建工作提供重要保障。本研究依托北京市农林科学院、浙江省农业科学院等多个省级农科院平台,调研了22家学术社会团体党建工作开展情况,分析其现状及存在的优势和不足,并从支撑单位角度提出了完善党建工作制度、优化合作模式、加强学术社会团体党建与业务融合等加强社会团体党建工作的建议,以期推动社会团体党建和业务工作高质量发展。Scientific research institutes are the support entities of academic social organizations,which provide important guarantees for academic social organizations to carry out scientific research,social services,and party building work.Relying on the platforms of Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences,Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and other provincial agricultural science academies,this study researched the party building work carried out by 22 academic social groups,analyzed their current status as well as existing advantages and shortcomings,and put forward suggestions for strengthening the party building work of social groups from the perspective of supporting entities by improving the party building work system,optimizing the mode of cooperation,and enhancing the integration of the party building and business of academic social groups with a view to promoting the high-quality development of party building and business of social groups.
