摘　　要：二级机构纪检工作考核是诸多高校、科研院所纪检监察工作的重要组成部分。文章立足当前农业科研院所管理体制现状及纪检工作实际,以江苏省农业科学院农区所纪检机构为研究对象,从农区所纪检工作的实际情况出发,确定考评指标的赋值、权重和计分方法,构建基层农业科研单位纪检工作量化考核指标体系,并从加强考评过程管理、加强考评信息化建设、加强考评结果运用等方面提出了进一步完善农区所纪检工作考评机制的对策建议,以期为其他高校、科研院所开展二级机构纪检工作考评提供借鉴与参考。The assessment of the disciplinary work of the secondary institutions is an important part of the disciplinary inspection and supervision work of many universities and research institutes.The article is based on the current situation of the management system of agricultural research institutes and the actual work of disciplinary inspection,with the agricultural district institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the object of study,from the actual situation of the disciplinary inspection work of the agricultural district institute,to determine the value of the evaluation indicators,weighting and scoring methods,to build a quantitative assessment index system of disciplinary inspection work of the grassroots agricultural research institutes.The article also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the evaluation mechanism of the disciplinary inspection work of agricultural district institutes from the aspects of strengthening the management of the evaluation process,strengthening the informationization construction of the evaluation,and strengthening the application of the evaluation results,with a view to providing reference for the evaluation of the disciplinary inspection work of the secondary institutions of other universities and scientific research institutes.
