摘　　要：加强党务干部队伍建设是农业科研院所加强党的建设、推进高质量发展的重要保障。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,立足农业科研院所党务工作实际,阐明了提升党务干部能力的重要性和党务干部应具备的能力素质,调研了党务干部教育培训的现状,分析了存在的问题,并提出了完善教育培训体系、创新教育培训方式、突出教育培训重点等加强农业科研院所党务干部教育培训的对策。Strengthening the construction of party cadres is an important guarantee for agricultural research institutes to strengthen party building and promote high-quality development.The article takes the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,based on the actual party affairs of agricultural research institutes,summarizes the importance of improving the ability of party cadres,elaborates on the abilities and qualities that party cadres should possess,investigates the current situation of party cadres'education and training,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the education and training of party cadres in agricultural research institutes,such as improving and perfecting the education and training system,innovating education and training methods,and highlighting the focus of education and training.
