金银花有效成分的抗菌作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：金银花是常见的传统中药,具有抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎和增强免疫等多种药理学活性。目前,从金银花中分离到多种抗菌活性成分,其中以有机酸类、黄酮类、三萜皂苷类、挥发油类为主,部分有效成分的抗菌作用及其药理机制已有了较为深入的研究。该文从金银花中抗菌活性成分的种类、抗菌作用及其药理机制等方面进行了综述,为这些有效成分的下一步开发提供理论依据。Lonicerae japonicae flos is a common traditional Chinese medicine with multiple pharmacological activities such as antiviral,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing activities.Presently,a variety of antibacterial active ingredients have been isolated from lonicerae japonicae flos,mainly including organic acids,flavonoids,triterpene saponins,and volatile oils.In-depth studies of the antibacterial effects and pharmacological mechanisms of some active ingredients have been performed.In this article,the types,antibacterial effects and pharmacological mechanisms of antibacterial active ingredients in lonicerae japonicae flos are reviewed,to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent development of these active ingredients.
