摘 要:目的探讨多模态超声参数在鉴别乳腺病变性质中的应用价值。方法70例乳腺病变患者均接受多模态超声检查,分析超声参数诊断乳腺恶性病变的价值。结果多模态超声检查显示23例(32.85%)为恶性病变,准确率为95.83%(67/70)。恶性病变组的V_(max)、Vmean、VTI评分、E_(min)、E_(max)、PI均高于良性病变组(P<0.05)。V_(max)、Vmean、VTI评分、E_(min)、E_(max)、PI联合检测诊断乳腺恶性病变的AUC高于各参数单独检测(P<0.05)。结论多模态超声参数鉴别诊断乳腺病变良恶性的价值较高,各参数联合检测可提高乳腺恶性病变的诊断准确率。Objective To explore the application value of multimodal ultrasound parameters in distinguishing the nature of breast lesions.Methods 70 patients with breast lesions underwent multimodal ultrasound exa_(min)ation to analyze the value of ultrasound parameters in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions.Results Multimodal ultrasound exa_(min)ation showed 23 cases(32.85%)of malignant lesions,with the accuracy of 95.83%(67/70).The V_(max),V_(mean),VTI score,E_(min),E_(max)and PI of the malignant lesion group were higher than those of the benign lesion group(P<0.05).The AUC of combined detection of Vmx,Vmean,VTI score,E_(min),E_(max)and PI in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions was higher than that of individual detection of each parameter(P<0.05).Conclusions Multimodal ultrasound parameters have high value in distinguishing benign and malignant breast lesions,and the combined detection of various parameters can improve the diagnostic accuracy of malignant breast lesions.
