苏桔口服液配合小儿清热利肺口服液治疗小儿痰热型咳嗽的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察苏桔口服液配合小儿清热利肺口服液治疗小儿痰热型咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的80例痰热型咳嗽患儿,随机分为两组各40例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予丙卡特罗口服液、吸入用复方异丙托溴铵配合布地奈德混悬液雾化治疗,观察组给予苏桔口服液配合小儿清热利肺口服液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效以及IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苏桔口服液配合小儿清热利肺口服液治疗痰热型咳嗽患儿的效果显著,可降低炎性因子水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sujie Oral Liquid combined with Xiao'er Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with phlegm-heat type cough.Methods A total of 80 children with phlegm-heat type cough admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with procaterol oral liquid combined with suspension atomization of compound ipratropium bromide for inhalation and budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Sujie Oral Liquid combined with Xiao'er Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid.The clinical efficacy and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sujie Oral Liquid combined with Xiao'er Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with phlegm-heat type cough has significant effect,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
