摘　　要：目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)与血常规检验在儿童细菌性感染疾病中的鉴别价值。方法纳入100例细菌性感染疾病患儿为观察组,100名健康儿童为对照组,比较两组的CRP、PCT与白细胞计数(WBC)水平。绘制ROC曲线,分析CRP、PCT与WBC单独及联合检测诊断细菌性感染疾病的AUC与效能。结果观察组的CRP、PCT、WBC水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。CRP、PCT、WBC联合检测诊断细菌性感染疾病的AUC、灵敏度、特异度和准确率均高于三项指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论细菌性感染疾病患儿患病期间CRP、PCT、WBC均呈现明显升高趋势,联合检测CRP、PCT、WBC水平可对细菌性感染疾病进行鉴别诊断。Objective To explore the differential value of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and blood routine test in children with bacterial infection diseases.Methods 100 children with bacterial infection diseases were selected as the observation group,100 healthy children were selected as the control group,and the levels of CRP,PCT and white blood cell count(WBC)were compared between the two groups.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the AUC and efficacy of single detection and combined detection of CRP,PCT and WBC in the diagnosis of bacterial infection diseases.Results The levels of CRP,PCT and WBC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The AUC,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection of CRP,PCT and WBC in the diagnosis of bacterial infection diseases were higher than those of single detection of the three indicators(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of CRP,PCT and WBC in children with bacterial infection diseases show significant upward trend during the disease.The combined detection of CRP,PCT and WBC levels can be used for differential diagnosis of bacterial infection diseases.
