复方甘草酸苷注射液联合恩替卡韦对慢性乙肝患者肝功能及肝纤维化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析复方甘草酸苷注射液联合恩替卡韦对慢性乙肝患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标的影响。方法84例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以恩替卡韦治疗,联治组予以复方甘草酸苷注射液联合恩替卡韦治疗。比较两组的肝功能、肝纤维化指标以及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组的血清AST、ALT、LN、HA水平均显著低于治疗前,且联治组的AST、ALT、LN、HA水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者可改善其肝功能及肝纤维化指标,且基本不会增加不良反应。Objective To analyze the impact of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with entecavir on liver function and liver fibrosis indicators of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 84 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of regular therapy,the control group was treated with entecavir,and the combined group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with entecavir.The indicators of liver function and liver fibrosis,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum AST,ALT,LN and HA in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of serum AST,ALT,LN and HA in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with entecavir in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B can improve their liver function and liver fibrosis indicators,and will not increase adverse reactions basically.
