摘  要:目的探讨琥珀散联合亮丙瑞林预防腹腔镜子宫内膜异位症(EMT)术后复发的效果。方法90例行腹腔镜手术的EMT患者随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用亮丙瑞林缓释微球治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用琥珀散治疗。比较两组的激素水平、血清指标及术后复发率。结果治疗后,两组的E_(2)、FSH、LH、CA-125、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组的E_(2)、FSH、LH、CA-125、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的复发率为2.22%,低于对照组的15.56%(P<0.05)。结论琥珀散联合亮丙瑞林可抑制EMT患者术后雌激素的释放,调节内分泌及炎性因子,降低术后复发率。Objective To explore the effect of Hupo Powder combined with leuprorelin on prevention of recurrence after laparoscopic endometriosis(EMT)surgery.Methods 90 patients with EMT who underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leuprorelin sustained-release microspheres,and the observation group was treated with Hupo Powder on the basis of the control group.The hormone levels,serum indicators and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of E2,FSH,LH,CA-125 and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of E2,FSH,LH,CA-125 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.22%,lower than 15.56%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hupo Powder combined with leuprorelin can inhibit the release of estrogen of patients with EMT,regulate endocrine and inflammatory factors,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
