摘　　要：目的探讨奥瑞姆(Orem)自护模式联合支持性护理在子宫肌瘤术后患者中的应用效果。方法82例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组。术后,对照组采用支持性护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用Orem自护模式护理干预。比较两组的自护能力和负性情绪。结果干预后,观察组的自护责任感、健康知识、自护技能、自我概念评分均高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Orem自护模式联合支持性护理可提高子宫肌瘤术后患者的自护能力,缓解其负性情绪。Objective To explore the application effect of Orem self-care mode combined with supportive nursing in patients with uterine fibroids after surgery.Methods 82 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups.Afer surgery,the control group received supportive nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention of Orem self-care mode on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-care responsibility,health knowledge,self-care skills and self-concept in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Orem self-care mode combined with supportive nursing can improve the self-care ability of patients with uterine fibroids after surgery,and alleviate their negative emotions.
