摘  要:文章基于JKZ型电子探空仪基测箱多参数的特点和目前的校准方法,依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,首先介绍了采用GUM法评定不确定度的一般流程和数学模型的建立,其次结合实际校准工作,通过实例分别对温度、湿度、气压、电压4种参数的校准结果进行了不确定度分析和评定。结果表明:JKZ型基测箱的不确定度评定需分别给出4种测量参数的不确定度,且电压校准结果的不确定度即为基测箱电压分辨力引入的不确定度,而在文章测量条件下由分辨力引入的不确定度均大于示值重复性引入的不确定度,因此在评定其他3种测量参数时可忽略基测箱示值重复性引入的不确定度,直接采用其分辨力引入的不确定度进行评定。Based on the characteristics of multi-parameter base measurement chamber of JKZ electronic radio sonde and the current calibration method,this paper firstly introduces the general process and mathematical model of GUM method for evaluating uncertainty according to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement.Then,combined with the actual calibration work,the uncertainty analysis and evaluation of the calibration results of temperature,humidity,air pressure and voltage are carried out through examples.The results show that the uncertainty evaluation of JKZ base measuring chamber needs to give the uncertainty of four kinds of measurement parameters respectively.The uncertainty of the voltage calibration result is the uncertainty introduced by the voltage resolution of the base measurement chamber.Since the uncertainty introduced by the resolution under the measurement conditions of the article is greater than the uncertainty introduced by the repeatability of the indication value,the uncertainty introduced by the repeatability of the indication value of the base measurement chamber can be ignored when evaluating the other three measurement parameters.The uncertainty introduced by its resolution is directly used for evaluation.
