基于高校协同创新模式下学生创新创业能力培养

摘　　要：随着每年大学生毕业人数不断增长,大学生就业压力大和就业困难问题也引起社会广泛关注和讨论。注重对大学生创新创业能力来进行培养,可以采用创新创业带动就业的方式,极大缓解大学生的就业压力和形成大众创新、万众创业的新格局。本文联系协同创新模式的基本概述,对协同创新模式下大学生创新创业能力培养的重要性进行细致阐述,并围绕大学生创新创业能力培养现存问题,从主动转变思想观念、全面开发双创资源、构建协同育人机制、有效运用现代技术、积极促进成果转化等方面入手,提出几点有效应对措施,以供参考。With the increasing number of college graduates every year,the employment pressure and dfficulties of college students have also aroused widespread concern and discussion in society.Paying attention to the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability can greatly alleviate the employment pressure of college students and form a new pattern of mass innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the basic overview of collaborative innovation mode,this paper expounds the importance of cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability under collaborative innovation mode,and puts forward some effective countermeasures for reference from the aspects of actively changing ideas,comprehensively developing dual-innovation resources,constructing collaborative education mechanism,effectively using modern technology and actively promoting the transformation of achievements.
