摘　　要：大学生毕业就业创业问题得到了社会各界的高度关注,而且社会各界也对大学生创业给予了较高的期望。毕业生在校期间学习了相关知识与技能,有着良好的创业激情。作为创业者,他们可以将学到的理论知识与技能回馈给社会,也可以为社会提供更多的就业岗位。但是,在大学生创业工作开展中也面临着很多问题,这就需要有经验的导师对大学生的创业进行引导。针对大学生创业服务机构管理机制的打造,只有更健全、更完善,才有利于推进大学生创业的进程。The employment and entrepreneurship of college students after graduation has been highly concerned by all walks of life,and all walks of life have also given high expectations for college students'entrepreneurship.The graduates have learned the relevant knowledge and skills during the school period,and have a good entrepreneurial passion.As entrepreneurs,they can give back the theoretical knowledge and skills that they have learned to the society,and they can also provide more jobs for the society.However,there are also many problems in the development of college students'entrepreneurship,which requires experienced mentors to guide college students'entrepreneurship.For the establishment of the management mechanism of college students'entrepreneurship service institutions,only being more perfect and perfect is conducive to promoting the process of college students'entrepreneurship.
