“三创”导向的“智慧型”秘书人才培养模式研究——以西安文理学院秘书学专业为例

摘  要:新时期秘书工作已超出传统“办文办事办会”的范畴,强调跨界思维能力和创意、创新、创作能力,原有的人才培养目标与人才培养模式已经不能适应社会的发展与需求。针对人才培养目标与社会需求匹配度不够紧密的现实症结,人才培养模式与学生个体发展适应性不良的实施难题,课程体系与智慧性工作能力结构之间映射关系不够明确的迫切问题,提出了执行与创意、应用与创新、实录与创作、实务与管理能力集成统一的“智慧型”秘书人才培养模式。建立以“三创”为核心的课程观,设计重实践、蕴“三创”的课程体系,建立“2345”多样态的实践教学体系,构建“1+2+3”的教学模式,着力培养学生“三创”能力。The secretarial work in the new era has gone beyond the traditional“handling documents,handling all the matters explained by the leaders,holding meetings and many other matters”,emphasizing cross-border thinking ability and creativity,innovation and creation ability.In response to the real problem that the matching degree between the goal of talent training and social demand is not close enough,and the urgent problem that the implementation problem between the curriculum system and the structure of intelligent work ability is not clear enough,this paper puts forward the“intelligent”training model that integrates execution and creativity,appli⁃cation and innovation,recording and creation,and practical and management ability.This paper proposes a“intelligent”secretarial personnel training model that integrates execution and creativity,application and innovation,documentation and creation,and practical and management capabilities.It establishes a curriculum concept with“three creations”as the core,designs a curriculum system with emphasis on practice and“three creations”,builds a“2345”multi-state practical teaching system,and constructs the“1+2+3”
