摘　　要：科技期刊编辑是实现科技期刊高质量发展的重要力量,为客观、全面地评价科技期刊编辑,基于能力管理的理念,通过文献调研、调查问卷、专家咨询等方式,运用层次分析法梳理了科技期刊编辑能力指标并建立层级结构,形成了科技期刊编辑人员评价体系。通过实证分析,结果表明该体系能够量化评价科技期刊编辑能力,评价结果与实际基本符合,可为编辑个人成长提供方向性意见,也为出版单位人才评价、岗位培训、团队建设提供参考。Editors are important for the high-quality development of scientific and technological journals.In order to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the sci-tech journal editors,based on the concept of capability management,by means of document research,questionnaire and expert consultation,the capability indicators were sorted out and the hierarchical structure was established using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The evaluation system was formed.Through empirical analysis,the results indicate that the system could quantitatively evaluate the capabilitys,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation.It can provide directional suggestions for the personal growth,as well as reference for talent evaluation,job training,and team building in publishing units.
