摘  要:探讨FIFA 11+Kids练习对10~12岁儿童身体素质的影响.选取40名身体健康的10~12岁的普通儿童随机分为实验组和对照组各20人.实验组学生热身活动接受FIFA11+kids练习干预(共12周,每周2次,每次约15分钟),对照组接受常规热身活动的干预.实验前后对两组受试者身体素质进行测试.结果表明:实验后实验组学生的立定跳远、YBT-CS、T形跑、HCT成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05),而20 m跑差异不显著(P>0.05).得出结论:与常规热身活动相比,FIFA11+Kids练习改善10~12岁儿童的下肢爆发力(立定跳远)、平衡、灵敏和协调素质的效果更好.Explore the impact of FIFA 11+Kids exercise on the physical fitness of children aged 10-12 years old.Forty healthy children aged 10-12 years old were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 20 children each group.The experimental group received FIFA11+kids practice intervention for warm-up activities(12 weeks,2 times a week,about 15 minutes each time),while the control group received intervention for routine warm-up activities.The physical fitness of two groups of subjects was tested before and after the experiment.The results showed that the scores of Standing long jump,YBT-CS,T-running and HCT in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group after the experiment(P<0.05),and the difference in 20m running was not significant(P>0.05).It is concluded that FIFA11+Kids exercise has better effects on improving the explosive force(Standing long jump),balance,agility and coordination of lower limbs of children aged 10-12 years old than the routine warm-up activities.
