摘　　要：民族团结进步创建事业是一项长期性的系统社会工程,需要全社会广泛参与、各级各部门通力协作形成创建合力。乡镇作为民族团结进步创建事业的基础场域,是整个创建过程的关键环节。地处茶马古道枢纽的硕督镇,历来就有民族团结的传统,尤其是在西藏创建全国民族团结进步模范区的时代背景下,当地依托茶马古道重镇优势,将民族团结进步创建工作创造性地融入到经济社会发展中,形成了独具特色的硕督模式,为模范区创建提供了鲜活的地方案例,同时也为边疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了有益思路。The establishment of national unity and progress is a long-term systematic social project,which requires the extensive participation of the whole society and the cooperation of all levels and departments to form a joint force.As the foundation field of national unity and progress,township is the key link of the whole process.Located in the hub of the ancient Tea Horse Road,Shuodu Town has always had a tradition of national unity.In particular,in the context of the establishment of state-level model area for national unity and progress in Xizang,the local government,relying on the advantages of the ancient Tea Horse Road,creatively integrated the establishment of ethnic unity and progress into economic and social development,forming a unique master and governor model,providing a fresh local case.At the same time,it also provides a useful idea for the border area to build a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.
