摘  要:目前,国内大型钢铁以及化工企业制氧机组均以分子筛工艺流程为主,流程简单,节能且运行安全,氧气提取率高,操作简化,设备运行寿命较长,取消加温解冻系统。结合运行实际,对现有切换流程制氧机组进行改造,将切换流程改造为分子筛工艺流程,简化操作,提高设备安全性能,具有推广价值。At present,the oxygen generator units of domestic large steel and chemical enterprises are mainly based on molecular sieve process,which is simple,energy-saving and safe in operation,with high oxygen extraction rate,simplified operation,long service life of equipment and no heating and thawing system.Combined with the actual operation,the existing oxygen making unit with switching process is reformed,and the switching process is transformed into molecular sieve process,which simplifies the operation,improves the safety performance of equipment,and has promotional values.
