高炉干法除尘布袋系统煤气温度低的原因分析及改进措施

摘　　要：高炉荒煤气温度是干法除尘布袋系统运行的关键参数,针对水钢3#高炉干法除尘系统荒煤气温度长期处于低温运行的状况,导致净荒煤气压差增大,布袋破损尧脱落,净煤气含尘量增大,造成TRT发电机转子挂灰及发电量减少。通过对系统进行分析,优化工艺,除尘系统高炉荒煤气温度降低幅度减少,高炉煤气除尘效果改善,保高炉上料系统稳定,达到延长布袋使用寿命,提高发电量,降低运行成本。The temperature of BF raw gas is the key parameter for the operation of dry dedusting bag system.The raw gas temperature of dry dedusting system of 3#BF in Shuigang has been in low temperature operation for a long time,which leads to the increase of net raw gas pressure difference,the damage and shedding of bag,the increase of dust content in net gas,the dust hanging on the rotor of TRT generator and the reduction of power generation.Through system analysis and process optimization,the temperature drop of BF raw gas in dedusting system is reduced,the dedusting effect of BF gas is improved,the stability of BF charging system is ensured,the service life of bag is prolonged,the power generation is increased,and the operation cost is reduced.
