摘  要:首钢水钢位于西南地区,进口铁矿石等原材料比沿海地区增加运费200元/t,故此水钢高炉提高周边国内矿使用比例降低炼铁成本。国内矿有害微量元素As尧Cu等含量高,此部分微量元素熔点低且在炼钢过程脱除困难。此外,高碳钢随着As含量的增加,As尧Cu等在晶界富集,影响产品酸洗质量及拉拔加工性能,影响水钢品种钢研发。因此,参考脱砷文献开展了KR尧转炉尧LF炉等炼钢工序脱砷试验,试验结果表明KR尧LF脱砷效果差且成本高,转炉氧化气氛下炉渣不具备脱砷功能。Shougang Shuigang is located in the southwest region,and importing raw materials such as iron ore increases the shipping cost by 200 yuan/t compared to coastal areas.Therefore,Shuigang's blast furnace increases the proportion of domestic ore usage in the surrounding areas to reduce ironmaking costs.The content of harmful trace elements such as As and Cu in domestic mines is high,and these trace elements have low melting points and are difficult to remove during steelmaking.In addition,with the increase of As content in high carbon steel,As,Cu and other elements are enriched at grain boundaries,which affects the pickling quality and drawing processing performance of the product,and affects the research and development of water steel varieties.Therefore,referring to the literature on arsenic removal,arsenic removal experiments were carried out in steelmaking processes such as KR,converter,and LF.The test results showed that the arsenic removal effect of KR and LF was poor and the cost was high,and the slag under the oxidation atmosphere of the converter did not have the function of arsenic removal.
