摘  要:首钢水钢焦化事业部粗苯工段洗油再生方式为富油再生,再生量为1.0-1.5%,根据其运行及循环洗油指标,粗苯耗洗油偏高,洗油消耗大。为此,通过对现有工艺及操作进行分析,采取改变排渣方式尧优化再生器排渣工艺,实现了洗油消耗由100 kg/t粗苯降至80kg/t粗苯。The regeneration method of washing oil in the crude benzol section of the Coking Division of Shougang Shuigang is oil-rich regeneration,and the regeneration amount is 1.0-1.5%.According to its operation and circulating washing oil index,the consumption of washing oil in the crude benzol section is relatively high,and the washing oil consumption is large.Therefore,by analyzing the existing process and operation,changing the slag discharge mode and optimizing the slag discharge process of the regenerator,the consumption of wash oil was reduced from 100 kg/t to 80 kg/t.
