摘 要:目的制备高氯容重整生成油脱氯剂产品,并实现工业应用。方法以拟薄水铝石为载体,通过双活性组分负载、对造孔剂组分进行筛选、调变脱氯剂的孔道结构、优化合理的成型焙烧工艺,制备了重整生成油脱氯剂。利用BET、XRF、SEM等对脱氯剂物化性质进行表征,利用20 mL小型试验装置进行脱氯剂性能评价,考查了脱氯剂的脱氯性能。结果在反应温度为50℃、体积空速为3000 h^(-1)、反应气中氯质量分数为60000 mg/kg时,自制脱氯剂的氯容为18.4%。该脱氯剂产品应用于中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司重整装置,脱氯罐前后压差<50 kPa,脱氯罐出口氯质量分数降至0.5 mg/kg以下。结论明确了添加不同种类和含量的活性化合物和造孔剂以及焙烧工艺参数等对脱氯剂产品性质的影响,可为同类脱氯剂的制备及优化提供参考。Objective The aim is to prepare reformate oil dechlorination agent with high chlorine capacity and realize industry application.Methods The dechlorination agent for reformate oil was prepared by using pseudo-boehmite as the carrier,loading two-component activator,screening the pore-forming components,adjusting the pore structure and optimizing the reasonable molding and baking process.The physico-chemical properties of the dechlorination agent were characterized by using BET,XRF,SEM,and the dechlorination agent performance was evaluated by using a 20 mL small test device.Results At a reaction temperature of 50℃,a volumetric space velocity of 3000 h^(-1),and a chlorine mass fraction of 60000 mg/kg in the reaction gas,the chlorine capacity of self-made dechlorination agent was 18.4%.The dechlorination agent product was applied to the reforming unit of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Ltd.,the differential pressure before and after dechlorination tank was less than 50 kPa,and the chlorine mass fraction at the outlet of the dechlorination tank dropped to below 0.5 mg/kg.Conclusions The influences of adding different types and contents of active compounds and pore-forming agents,as well as the baking process parameters on the properties of dechlorination agent was clarified,which could provide reference for the preparation and optimization of similar dechlorination agents.
