摘 要:尽管心血管疾病的预防、早期诊断和治疗已取得了显著进步,但心血管疾病仍然是全球居民死亡和致残的主要原因。因此,解析心血管疾病发病机制并探寻心血管疾病治疗靶点,对心血管疾病早期治疗和预防不良心血管事件发生具有重要意义。细胞表型转化是指细胞在环境改变时失去其特定的表型特征而获得另一种表型特征的生物学过程,与心血管疾病发生密切相关。因此,本文总结了巨噬细胞极化、血管平滑肌细胞表型转化和内皮间充质转化在心血管疾病发生发展中的潜在功能,希望与广大研究工作者共同努力推动心血管疾病机制研究。Although great advances have made in prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease,this disease remains the leading cause of death and disability worldwide.Therefore,clarifying the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases and exploring the therapeutic targets of cardiovascular diseases are critical for the early treatment of cardiovascular diseases,as well as the prevention of adverse cardiovascular events.Cell phenotypic transformation refers to the biological process in which cells lose their specific phenotypic characteristics and acquire another phenotypic characteristic,which is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,this paper summarizes the potential functions of macrophage polarization,vascular smooth muscle cell phenotypic transformation,and endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases,hoping to demonstrate the mechanism of cardiovascular diseases through the joint efforts of the majority of researchers.
