摘 要:采用不同种类的无机酸和有机酸为脱氮剂,对页岩油中的碱性氮进行了脱除研究。结果表明,稀硫酸溶液是较合适的脱氮剂。采用稀硫酸溶液为脱氮剂,分别考察了硫酸质量分数、反应温度、剂油比、反应时间和页岩油/柴油质量比对页岩油脱氮反应的影响,得到了较优化的脱氮反应条件。在较优化的脱氮反应条件下,页岩油的脱氮率为90.1%,回收率为89.2%。Different kinds of mineral acid and organic acid were used as denitrogenation agents to remove basic nitrogen from shale oil.The results indicate that dilute sulfuric acid aqueous solution is a more suitable denitrification agent.Using dilute sulfuric acid aqueous solution as the denitrogenation agent,the effects of H_(2)SO_(4)content,reaction temperature,agent oil ratio,reaction time and the mass ratio of shale oil to diesel oil mass ratio on the denitrogenation reaction of shale oil were investigated,and the optimized denitrogenation reaction conditions were obtained.Under the optimized denitrification reaction conditions,the nitrogen removal efficiency of shale oil is 90.1%,and the recovery rate is 89.2%.
