摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分离与鉴定了香脂冷杉精油的化学成分,通过保留时间、CAS号、分子式、匹配度、保留指数等进行。从香脂冷杉精油中鉴定出35个化学成分,结构类型主要有芳香族类、单萜类、倍半萜类,鉴别率为99.68%。确定其主要成分为(1 R)-α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、γ-萜品烯,质量分数分别为27.3%、29.2%、33.8%,占精油总质量的90.3%。结果表明,香脂冷杉精油化学成分丰富,结构类型复杂多样,具有非常好的应用前景。This study aimed to analyze and study the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Abies balsam.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was utilized to separate and identify chemical components.The chemical components were identified through retention time,CAS number,molecular formula,matching degree,and retention index.The essential oil of balsam fir contained 35 chemical constituents,mainly including aromatics,monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes,with a 99.68%identification rate.The main components of the essential oil were(1 R)-α-pinene,β-pinene,andγ-terpinene,which accounted for 90.3%of the essential oil content with contents of 27.3%,29.2%and 33.8%,respectively.The study concluded that the essential oil of Abies balsam is complex and diverse in structure types,rich in chemical components,and has a very good application prospect.
