摘 要:通过实验对比,分析了钼酸铵分光光度法、微波消解离子色谱法、孔雀绿-磷钼杂多酸分光光度法对水体中痕量磷测定的可行性。以抚仙湖和泸沽湖水质情况为例,基于钼酸铵分光光度法,将总磷使用液质量浓度由2.0 mg/L降低至1.0 mg/L,比色皿光程由30 mm增大至50 mm后,检出限为0.002 mg/L,检测下限为0.008 mg/L,精密度为5.8%~10.7%,加标回收率为84.8%~107%。改进后的钼酸铵分光光度法能够满足Ⅰ类水体(湖、库)限值及痕量磷的测定要求。改进后的新方法较其他方法更具有可操作性,且适用广泛,仪器和试剂要求低,测定结果的准确性和重现性好。Through experiments,the feasibilities of ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry,microwave digestion ion chromatography,malachite green phosphomolybdate heteropoly acid spectrophotometry for the determination of trace phosphorus in water are analized.Taking the water quality of Fuxian Lake and Lugu Lake as examples,it is summarized that based on ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry,the concentration of phosphorus standard solution was reduced from 2.0mg/L to 1.0mg/L,and the colorimetric optical path was increased from 30mm to 50mm.The detection limit of the improved new method is 0.002mg/L,the detection lower limit is 0.008mg/L,the precision is 5.8%-10.7%,and the spiked recovery rate is 84.8%-107%.It can fully meet the limit values of Class I water bodies(lakes,reservoirs)and the requirements for trace phosphorus determination.And the improved new method has advantages over other methods,such as strong operability,wide applicability,low requirements for instruments and reagents,good accuracy as well as reproducibility of measurement results.
