摘 要:以锦界电厂15万t/a CO_(2)捕集系统数据为基础,通过贫富液换热器的设计和运行的优化研究,达到对CO_(2)捕集贫液所含热量的充分利用。以最大年收益为目标函数,建立模型,推导出最大净收益时的最优效能εopt与最优传热面积A opt的关系。根据电厂碳捕集系统中蒸汽先做功后供热的特点,创新性地提出了热电联产供热热价的计算公式。结果表明,与按锅炉供热热价相比,按照热电联产供热热价优化的贫富液换热器的传热面积更小,传热温差更大,采用热电联产供热热价优化得到的结果更合理。当采用热电联产供热热价优化贫富液换热器时,能从贫液中多回收热量900 kW,二氧化碳捕集可减少蒸汽量消耗0.36 kg/s,节能率为6.2%。Based on the data of the 150000 t/a CO_(2)capture system at Jinjie Power Plant,an enhanced lean-rich liquid heat exchanger is used to recover the energy of the lean solution in the CO_(2)capture system.Taking the maximum annual return as the objective function,comprehensively considering the value of the heat recovered in the waste heat recovery,the initial investment of the equipment and the operating cost of the equipment,an optimal mathematical model is established and solved.According to the characteristics of steam in the capture system that firstly does work and then supplies heat,the calculation formula of cogeneration heat price is innovatively proposed,and the influence of cogeneration heat price and ordinary boiler heating heat price on the optimization results is compared and analyzed.The optimization results show that compared with the heat price of boiler heating,the heat transfer area of rich and poor liquid heat exchanger optimized according to the heat price of cogeneration is small,which can simplify the system.Moreover,the larger heat transfer temperature difference is easier to realize for the heat exchanger.Therefore,in the optimization of rich and poor liquid heat exchanger,the results obtained by using cogeneration heating heat price optimization are more reasonable.When the cogeneration heat price is used to optimize heat exchanger,900 kW heat can be recovered from the lean liquid,the carbon dioxide capture can reduce the steam consumption by 0.36 kg/s,and the energy saving rate is 6.2%.
