摘 要:为解决井底车场砌碹巷道严重变形和渗漏水问题,采取注浆加固控制措施。经过配比试验,硫铝酸盐水泥∶生石灰∶石膏质量比为50∶6.25∶43.75。巷道壁后浅层用水灰质量比0.8∶1的混合浆液进行注浆,深区段采用水灰质量比0.9∶1的比例。注浆加固后,巷道最大顶底移近量为97.1 mm,两帮水平移近量为64.3 mm,巷道围岩变形控制效果较好。In order to solve the serious deformation and water leakage problems of arch roadway in the bottom of the well,grouting reinforcement control measures are adopted.Through the matching test,the ratio scheme of sulfoaluminate cement:quicklime:gypsum is 50∶6.25∶43.75.The shallow layer behind the roadway wall was grouting with mixed grout with water-cement ratio of 0.8∶1,and the deep section was grouting with water-cement ratio of 0.9∶1.After grouting reinforcement,the maximum top-bottom deviation of the roadway was 97.1 mm,and the horizontal deviation of the two sides was 64.3 mm.The deformation control effect of the roadway surrounding rock was better.
