摘　　要：煤气化制气装置灰浆贮槽减速机在运行过程中异常跳车,经检查发现,两组减速器传动机构出现不同程度的损坏。分析了减速器损坏的原因,并采取修改搅拌器主电机电流报警值和加强实时监控等措施。提出进一步加强操作人员技能学习的建议,避免此问题再次发生。The deceleration mechanism of the slurry storage tank in the gas making device tripped abnormally during operation.Upon inspection,it was found that the transmission mechanisms of two sets of reducers were damaged to varying degrees.The reasons for the damage were analyzed,and measures such as modifying the current alarm value of the main motor of the mixer and strengthening real-time monitoring were taken to further enhance the skill learning of the operators and avoid the recurrence of this problem.
