摘　　要：试探性松懈是精神与作风从“初时聚精会神,没有一事不用心,没有一人不卖力”的良好状态向懈怠散漫演变的初期表现,是精神懈怠危险生成的重要阶段。试探性松懈可以区分为个体的和集体的、领导层的和执行层的、可逆转的和难以逆转的、短期的和长期的、消解自我要求的和试探制度纪律的等不同形态。试探性松懈具有观望潜隐性与动态博弈性、思想摇摆性与行为偏差性、底线侵蚀性与风气破坏性、普遍易发性与局部反复性、松弛有限性与后果可控性等特征。加强对试探性松懈的研究,对于深化对作风建设规律的认识、拓展党建理论研究、促进人才队伍成长、克服和化解精神懈怠危险具重要意义。Tentative slackness is the initial stage of the evolution from the ideal mental state to slackness in daily work,and is an important stage of the generation of the danger of mental slackness.Tentative slackness takes different forms:individual or collective,leadership or executive,reversible or irreversible,short-term or long-term,dissipation of self-imposed requirements or test of discipline system.Tentative slackness shows different features:inactivity in work or dynamic-gaming,mental wavering or behavioral deviation,bottom-line erosion or ethos destruction,universal occurrence or local recurrence,finite slacking or controllable consequences.It’s important to strengthen the study on tentative slackness,because that is beneficial for deepening the understanding of the laws of Party style construction,expanding theoretical research on party construction,promoting the growth of the talent team,and overcoming and resolving the danger of mental slackness.
