膨润土吸水率多孔陶瓷板法测试方法的研究

摘  要:吸水率是球团用膨润土必检的重要指标之一,也是衡量膨润土性能的重要指标。精确的测试方法对判定球团用膨润土的质量至关重要。本文对膨润土多孔陶瓷板吸水率测试方法进行试验,结果发现:本法的试验结果精密度满足要求,准确度高于国标标准GB/T20973-2020《膨润土》中附录B吸水率测试方法。Water absorption is one of the important indicators that must be tested for bentonite used in pelletizing,and it is also an important indicator to measure the performance of bentonite.Accurate testing methods are crucial for determining the quality of bentonite used in pelletizing.This article conducted an experiment on the water absorption test method for porous ceramic plates made of bentonite.The results showed that the precision of the test results met the requirements,and the accuracy was higher than that of the national standard GB/T 20973-2020"Bentonite"Appendix B water absorption test method.
