摘  要:硅锰是钢铁冶炼行业中的使用最为普遍的合金,该合金的硅成分检测准确性要求高,其中氟硅酸钾容量法受冶金行业的推崇,但是该方法存在着诸多不稳定因素,给检测增加了难度,不同检测人员对于检测细节操控的差异,实验得到的数据有时差异比较大。针对这种情况,本文通过实践经验总结出氟硅酸钾容量法测定硅锰中硅含量的影响因素并提出相应的应对措施。Silicon manganese is the most commonly used alloy in the iron and steel smelting industry.The accuracy of the detection of silicon composition of this alloy is required to be high.Among them,the Potassium fluorosilicate volumetric method is highly praised by the metallurgical industry,but there are many unstable factors in this method,which increases the difficulty of detection.Different inspectors have different manipulations on detection details,and the data obtained from experiments sometimes differ greatly.In view of this situation,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the determination of silicon content in silicon manganese by Potassium fluorosilicate volumetric method through practical experience and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
