摘 要:通过对镁橄榄石和白云石的物化特性和高温性能进行对比分析,并结合烧结杯实验,研究镁橄榄石替代白云石作为烧结熔剂的可行性。试验研究表明:与白云石比,镁橄榄石在加热过程中具有烧损少、不分解吸热、在高温下具有良好的热稳定性等优点;采用镁橄榄石替代白云石,随着镁橄榄石比例提高,烧结各项指标均有所改善;烧结矿矿中铁酸钙组分显著提高,有利于成品率改善。因此,用镁橄榄石替代白云石作为烧结熔剂进行生产完全可行,同时该技术属于减碳技术,应用前景广阔。By comparing and analyzing the physicochemical properties and high-temperature performance of forsterite and dolomite,and combining with sintering experiments,the feasibility of forsterite replacing dolomite as a sintering flux was studied.The experimental results showed that compared with dolomite,forsterite had the advantages of less burning loss,no decomposition and good thermal stability at high temperature.Using forsterite instead of dolomite improved all sintering indicators as the proportion of forsterite increased.The composition of calcium ferrite in sinter was significantly increased,which was beneficial for improving the sinter yield.Therefore,it was feasible to use forsterite instead of dolomite as the sintering flux for production,and the technology belonged to carbon reduction technology with broad application prospects.
