摘  要:转炉冶炼终点命中直接影响转炉冶炼周期、钢水氧化性等经济技术指标,在传统生产经验下受检测技术的影响,A钢厂转炉终点控制效果较差。为提高冶炼终点命中率,A钢厂引进了TCO投掷式副枪技术,并结合实际工况条件进行了优化改造。通过TCO技术的有效实施和持续优化,转炉冶炼终点受控性大幅提高,冶炼周期、出钢温度、钢铁料消耗等指标均得到明显提升,直接推动了转炉高效化生产模式的发展,同时创造了可观的直接经济效益。The final point hit of the converter directly affects the economic and technical indicators,such as the smelting cycle and the oxidizability of molten steel.Under the influence of the traditional production experience,the control effect of the final point of converter in A steel plant is poor.In order to improve the hit rate of smelting end point,A steel plant introduced the TCO technology,and optimized the transformation according to the actual working conditions.Through the effective implementation and continuous optimization of TCO technology,the control of the smelting end point of BOF has been greatly improved,and the smelting cycle,molten steel temperature,ferrous charges consumption and other indicators have been significantly improved,which has directly promoted the development of the efficient production mode of BOF,and created considerable direct economic benefits.
