摘 要:通过开发应用综合砌筑、高效溅渣护炉技术、水基补炉料高温快补技术、转炉高效冶炼技术等关键技术,建立一体化炉型控制平台,转炉一次拉碳率提高到90%以上,缩短冶炼周期3 min,降低渣中全铁2.2%,减少出钢温降5℃,整体溅渣时间缩短了1 min,石灰消耗降低2 kg/t,补炉料消耗降低约0.1 kg/(t·钢),创造效益约为1830万元/年。An integrated furnace type control platform has been established through the development and application of key technologies such as comprehensive masonry,efficient slag splashing and protection technology,high-temperature quick repair technology using water-based furnace material,and efficient smelting technology.The one-time carbon drawing rate of the converter has been increased to over 90%,the smelting cycle has been shortened by 3 minutes,the total iron content in the slag has been reduced by 2.2%,the tapping temperature has been reduced by 5℃,the overall slag splashing time has been shortened by 1 minute,the lime consumption has been reduced by 2 kg/t,and the furnace material consumption has been reduced by about 0.1 kg/(t·steel),The generated benefits are approximately 18.3 million yuan per year.
