摘 要:以广东某离子型稀土矿为研究对象,选取不同孔隙比的重塑土进行室内柱浸试验,研究注压条件对离子型稀土矿浸出的影响,并采用核磁共振技术测定孔隙结构等参数。结果表明:随注压压强的增加,浸出率峰出现时间大幅度缩短,注压前期,试样内部孔隙由大孔隙和超大孔隙向小中孔隙转化;注压后期,中孔隙向大孔隙转化,而超大孔隙及微孔隙占比进一步降低。注压压强小于10 MPa时,随压强的增加,中孔隙占比呈上升趋势,变化趋势逐渐扩大;注压压强大于10 MPa时,随压强的增加,中孔隙占比呈下降趋势,变化趋势逐渐变缓。Taking an ionic rare earths ore in Guangdong as the research object,different pore ratios of heavy plastic soil were selected for indoor column leaching test to study the influence of injection pressure conditions on the leaching of ionic rare earths ore,and nuclear magnetic resonance technology was used to determine the pore structure and other parameters.The results show that the appearance time of the leaching rate peak is shortened greatly with the increase of the injection pressure.In the early stage of the injection pressure,the internal pores of the specimen are transformed from large and super large pores to small and medium pores.In the late stage of the injection pressure,the medium pores are transformed to large pores,and the percentage of super large pores and micropores is further reduced.When the pressure is less than 10 MPa,the proportion of mesopores shows an upward trend,and the change trend is gradually expanding with the increase of the pressure;when the pressure is more than 10 MPa,the proportion of mesopores shows a downward trend,and the change trend is gradually slowing down with the increase of the pressure.
