摘 要:为掌握承德地区钼尾矿中重金属的潜在环境风险,以某尾矿为研究对象进行了重金属淋溶释放规律研究,考察了淋溶液pH值、固液比、温度等因素对重金属元素释放的影响。结果表明:Mo、Mn、Cu和Zn为该钼尾矿淋溶释放的主要重金属;当淋溶液呈弱酸性或中性时,淋出液pH值均逐渐上升,并稳定在7.2~7.7,钼尾矿具有一定酸性缓冲能力;固液比越大、环境温度越高,尾矿中的重金属越容易释放;Mo、Mn和Cu动态淋溶释放动力学过程可用双常数速率方程描述,抛物线方程更适合描述Zn淋溶释放动力学过程。In order to evaluate the potential environmental risks of heavy metals from molybdenum tailings in Chengde,the release characteristic of heavy metals was studied in a certain molybdenum tailings,and the influence of pH,solid-liquid ratios and temperature on heavy metal elements release were investigated.The results showed that Mo,Mn,Cu and Zn were the main heavy metal elements which released by leaching of molybdenum tailings.When the leaching solution was weakly acidic or neutral,the pH value of molybdenum tailings leachate gradually increased,and then stabilized between 7.2 and 7.7,and the molybdenum tailings has a certain acid buffer capacity.It was more easily to release heavy metals from molybdenum tailings with the greater solid-liquid ratio and the higher ambient temperature.The dynamic leaching kinetic models of Mo,Mn,and Cu from tailings can be characterized via a double-constant rate equation,while the kinetic process of leaching release of Zn was well-described via the parabolic equation.
