摘  要:晶粒大小和分布状态是影响大型锻件服役性能的关键因素,为了探索热变形结束后非均匀变形与晶粒分布的关系,针对核电压力容器用大型高法兰厚壁封头的热拉深成形进行了模拟分析。基于统计学概念,采用变异系数对封头内的应变及晶粒的非均匀分布程度进行了表征和分析,并建立了直观的应变及晶粒状态分区图。在此基础上,确定了应变变异系数与晶粒变异系数之间的函数关系,并结合大型封头的成形过程,从金属流动和组织演变角度讨论了该函数的合理性。研究结果对控制锻件性能、提高产品质量具有一定的参考意义。Grain size and distribution are key factors affecting the service performances of large-scale forgings.Therefore,in order to explore the relationship between non-uniform deformation and grain distribution after hot deformation,the hot drawing of large-scale highflange thick-walled heads for nuclear power pressure vessels was simulated and analyzed.Then,based on statistical concepts,the degree of non-uniform distribution of strain and grain in the head was characterized and analyzed by the variation coefficient,and the intuitive strain and grain state zoning diagram were established.On this basis,the functional relationship of the variation coefficients between strain and grain was determined,and combined with the large-scale head forming process,the rationality of this function was discussed from the perspective of metal flow and microstructure evolution.Thus,the research results provide certain reference for controlling the performances of forgings and improving the quality of products.
