摘 要:研究了两个批次的AlSi10MnMg铸铝合金中合金成分波动以及不同热处理对自冲铆接接头成形质量和力学性能的影响,共制作了8种HC340/590DP钢和AlSi10MnMg铸铝合金的钢-铝接头。结果表明:第1批材料的Si含量高于第2批,导致抗拉强度偏高,伸长率偏低。第1批材料的接头剖面参数中的底切值低于第2批材料。两批材料的接头剪切失效模式一致,剥离和交叉拉伸的失效模式不同。由于第1批材料的抗拉强度高于第2批,第1批材料的接头剪切峰值力均高于第2批,但由于材料伸长率低,能量吸收低于第2批。在剥离和交叉拉伸试验中,第2批材料的接头峰值力和能量吸收均优于第1批材料。热处理能够改善自冲铆接接头的成形质量和力学性能。The influences of alloy composition fluctuations in two batches of AISi1oMnMg cast aluminum alloy and different heat treatments on the forming quality and mechanical properties of self-piercing riveted joints were investigated,and eight types of steel-aluminum joints of HC340/590DP steel and AISi10MnMg cast aluminum alloy were fabricated.The results show that the Si content of batch 1 material is higher than that of batch 2,resulting in higher tensile strength and lower elongation.In the joint profile parameters,the undercut value of batch 1 material is lower than that of batch 2,the joint shear failure modes of the two batches of material are consistent,but the failure modes of peeling and cross-tension are different.Since the tensile strength of batch 1 material is higher than that of batch 2,the joint shear peak force of batch 1 material is higher than that of batch 2,but due to the low elongation of the material,the energy absorption is lower than that of batch 2.In the peeling and cross-tension tests,the joint peak force and energy absorption of batch 2 material are better than that of batch 1 material.Thus,heat treatments can improve the forming quality and mechanical properties of self-piercing riveted joints.
