摘　　要：为厘清蝴蝶兰种质资源表型性状的多样性和变异特征,建立蝴蝶兰表型性状综合评价体系,进而提高蝴蝶兰种质资源利用效率,以57份蝴蝶兰种质资源为试验材料,选取27个表型性状进行多样性分析、相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明,57份蝴蝶兰表型性状多样性较为丰富,其中花色、叶片颜色、花梗颜色、花梗侧分枝数等性状变异程度较高。Q型聚类分析将供试蝴蝶兰种质分为三类。主成分分析表明,前4个主成分累积贡献率为69.353%,结合相关性分析及R型聚类分析,筛选出10个数量型性状作为评价蝴蝶兰表型的综合评价指标。供试蝴蝶兰种质资源中,“V3”“巨无霸”和“招财猫”综合评分较好。In order to clarify the diversity and variation characteristics of phenotypic traits of Phalaenopsis germplasm resources and establish a comprehensive evaluation system,afterwards improve the efficiency of Phalaenopsis germplasm resources utilization,57 Phalaenopsis germplasm resources were used as test materials,and 27 phenotypic traits were analyzed by diversity analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The results indicated that the 57 Phalaenopsis resources were abundant in phenotypic trait diversity,with a high degree of variation in flower colour,leaf colour,stalk colour and number of lateral branches of stalks.Q cluster analysis classified the Phalaenopsis germplasm into three groups.The principal component analysis indicated that the cumulative contribution of the first four principal components was 69.353%.Combined with the correlation analysis and R cluster analysis,ten quantitative traits were selected as comprehensive evaluation indexes for evaluating the phenotypes of Phalaenopsis.Among the test Phalaenopsis germplasm resources,P.Sogo Yukidian'V3',D.'Juwuba'and P.'Zhaocaimao'had better overall scores.
