钩藤种子质量检验方法的研究

摘　　要：以贵州省黔东南州的钩藤种子为材料,参照GB/T 3543-1995《农作物种子检验规程》的方法检测种子质量。结果表明,钩藤种子净度分析最少量为0.1 g,送检样品不少于1 g,真实性鉴定采用种子外观形态比较,采用五百粒法测定千粒重,利用高恒温烘干法(133±2)℃烘干3 h测定含水量,运用相对电导率法测定生活力,在25℃、光强2000 lx、光照12 h条件下以砂床作为发芽床进行发芽试验,发芽试验计数时间为9~23 d。The seeds of Uncaria rhynchophylla in Dongnan Prefecture of Guizhou Province were taken as materials and the seed quality was tested according to the method of GB/T 3543-1995'Crop Seed Inspection Regulations'.The results showed that the seed quality inspection methods were as follows:the minimum amount of clarity analysis was 0.1 g,the samples submitted for inspection were no less than 1g,the appearance and shape of the seeds were compared,the 1000-grain weight was determined by 500-grain method,the water content was determined by the high constant temperature drying method(133±2)℃for 3 hours,and the viability was determined by the relative conductivity method.The germination test was carried out under 25℃,2000 lx light intensity and 12 hours light with sand bed as the germination bed.The counting time of germination test was from 9 to 23 days.
