摘 要:针对多流液封水表塑料壳体在机器自动装配旋紧过程中,旋紧力矩大小的设定问题,应用SolidWorks仿真软件对塑料壳体进行静力学分析,确定其应力大小及分布特征,得到机器自动装配过程中对塑料壳体的最大许用旋紧力矩;下一步,对水表塑料壳体进行手动旋紧试验,得到装配过程中塑料壳体的最小旋紧力矩;结果表明,水表塑料壳体在机器自动装配过程中旋紧力矩的取值范围为76.3~205N.m,对多流液封水表塑料壳体的自动装配生产具有重要参考意义。Aiming at the problem of setting the tightening torque of the plastic shell of multi flow liquid seal water meter in the process of automatic assembly and tightening of the machine,the statics analysis of the plastic shell was carried out with SolidWorks simulation software to determine its stress size and distribution characteristics,and the maximum allowable tightening torque of the plastic shell in the process of automatic assembly of the machine was obtained.Furthermore,a manual tightening test was conducted on the plastic shell of the water meter to obtain the minimum tightening torque of the plastic shell during the assembly process.The results indicate that the tightening torque range of the plastic shell of the water meter during the machine automatic assembly process is 76.3~205N.m,which has important reference significance for the automatic assembly production of the plastic shell of the multi flow liquid sealed water meter.
