维生素AD联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨维生素AD联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血(IDA)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年5月东莞市寮步医院收治的妊娠合并IDA患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,各30例。单一组给予多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,联合组在单一组基础上给予维生素AD治疗。比较两组临床疗效、铁代谢指标及不良反应发生率。结果:联合组总有效率高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034);治疗30d后,两组总铁结合力(TIBC)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)、不饱和铁结合力(UIBC)水平均下降,血清铁(Fe)水平上升,联合组EPO、UIBC、TIBC水平低于单一组,Fe水平高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:维生素AD联合多糖铁复合物胶囊能够调节妊娠合并IDA患者铁代谢指标,可提高临床疗效,且不增加不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vitamin AD combined with iron polysaccharide complex capsules in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods:A total of 60 pregnant patients with IDA admitted to Dongguan City Liaobu Hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into single group and combined group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The single group was treated with iron polysaccharide complex capsules,and the combined group was treated with vitamin AD on the basis of single group.The clinical efficacy,iron metabolism indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).After 30 days of treatment,the levels of total iron-binding capacity(TIBC),erythropoietin(EPO)and unsaturated iron-binding capacity(UIBC)in two groups decreased,the serum iron(Fe)levels increased,and the levels of EPO,UIBC and TIBC in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the Fe levels in the combined group were higher than those in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin AD combined with iron polysaccharide complex capsules can regulate iron metabolism indexes in pregnant women with IDA,improve clinical efficacy,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
