摘　　要：目的:观察基础治疗联合大黄甘草洗液治疗风湿热蕴型特应性皮炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年11月就诊于南宁市中医医院皮肤科门诊的风湿热蕴型特应性皮炎患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予大黄甘草洗液外洗治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后特应性皮炎评分(SCORAD)及外周血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的水平变化。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。治疗前,两组SCORAD、IgE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SCORAD、IgE水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基础治疗联合大黄甘草洗液能有效改善风湿热蕴型特应性皮炎患者的临床症状及IgE水平,治疗效果较好,值得推广。Objective:To observe the the clinical effect of basis therapy combined with Dahuang Gancao Lotion in the treatment of atopic dermatitis of wind-dampness-heat accumulation type.Methods:Sixty patients with atopic dermatitis of wind-dampness-heat accumulation type who were treated in the Outpatient Department of Dermatology at Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases for each group.The control group was given basic therapy and the observation group was given Dahuang Gancao Lotion for external application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the changes in scoring atopic dermatitis(SCORAD)and peripheral serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)level before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the SCORAD and IgE levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SCORAD and IgE levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Basis therapy combined with Dahuang Gancao Lotion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and IgE level of patients with atopic dermatitis of wind-dampness-heat accumulation type,the treatment effect is better and the treatment is worthy of promotion.
