精细化优质护理对心血管介入术患者不良情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析精细化优质护理对心血管介入术患者不良情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2022年1—6月于镇江市第一人民医院实施心血管介入术治疗的患者98例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和精细组,各49例。常规组实施常规护理,精细组实施精细化优质护理。比较两组患者护理前后的不良情绪评分和对于护理满意程度。结果:护理后,两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均降低,且精细组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精细组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:对心血管介入术患者实施精细化优质护理可以显著改善患者的不良情绪,提升患者对于护理服务的满意度。Objective:To analyze the influence of refined high-quality nursing on adverse emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention.Methods:A total of 98 patients who underwent cardiovascular intervention treatment in Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a conventional group and a refined group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented conventional nursing,while the refined group implemented refined high-quality nursing.The adverse emotion scores and satisfaction with nursing in two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:After nursing,the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale score and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score in two groups were reduced,and the refined group was lower than the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The satisfaction with nursing in the refined group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:Implementing refined high-quality nursing for patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention can significant ameliorate adverse emotions and enhance their satisfaction with nursing services.
