摘 要:低温潮湿环境容易造成变电站户外设备端子箱、机构箱及汇控柜内产生凝露,导致直流接地、设备跳闸等事故的发生。目前,变电站设备箱体内的加热驱潮装置通常采用独立布置方式,功能范围涵盖箱体内部,需要人工定期进行检查维护,确保加热驱潮装置工况良好,存在维护工作量大、可靠性和经济性较差等问题。从变电站的工作实际出发,对设备箱体内加热驱潮装置运行维护提出改进提升思路,并试点应用,效果良好。Low temperature and humid environment is easy to cause condensation in the terminal box,mechanism box and control cabinet of the outdoor equipment of the substation,leading to DC grounding,equipment tripping and other accidents.At present,the heating and moisture-driving device in the substation equipment box is usually arranged independently.The functional scope covers the interior of the box.It needs to be manually inspected and maintained regularly to ensure that the heating and moisture-driven device is in good condition,with large maintenance workload,poor reliability and economy.Based on the actual work of the substation,this paper puts forward an improvement idea for the operation and maintenance of the heating and moisture drive device in the equipment box,and applies it on a pilot basis,with good effect.
