摘　　要：配网不停电作业技术经过多年的发展逐渐完善,有力支撑着电力系统的安全稳定运行,在保障电网安全可靠运行和提高经济社会效益方面发挥着不可替代的作用。随着国家对电网工程建设问题愈发重视,电力企业持续加大技术投入,逐步大范围推广应用不停电作业,以进一步满足当下人们对电力供应的需要。从配网不停电作业中的要点入手,分析10kV配网不停电作业技术及其应用,并结合案例提出相应的保障措施。The technology of uninterrupted power supply operation in the distribution network has gradually improved after years of development,effectively supporting the safe and stable operation of the power system,and playing an irreplaceable role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the power grid and improving economic and social benefits.With the increasing attention paid by the state to the construction of power grid projects,continuous investment in technology has been increased,and the widespread application and promotion of non power outage operations have further met the current needs of the public for power supply.This article starts with the key points of uninterrupted operation in the distribution network,analyzes the technology and application of 10 kV distribution network uninterrupted operation,and proposes corresponding guarantee measures based on case studies.
